Draft sandbox terms — professional review required Version draft-v1, 3 October 2026. No real-money launch is authorised.
Promoter: [OWNER LEGAL NAME], [COMPANY NUMBER], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Postal and complaints address: [OWNER TO SUPPLY]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Working brand: Brimday; no name or domain clearance is implied.
Current service This installation is a sandbox. Prizes, payments, accounts and training postal submissions should be fictional. No real prize is offered or payable and no card or bank details are requested. Do not send post to a placeholder address. Sandbox registration accepts these draft sandbox terms, not a future real-money offer.
Proposed live scope — not yet offered The proposed draws are chance-based cash prize draws with paid online and ordinary-post entry. They are not represented as skill competitions. Draft eligibility is adults aged 18 or over resident in England, Scotland or Wales. Northern Ireland, Crown Dependencies and overseas territories are excluded pending separate assessment. Employees directly administering a draw, their household members and persons with conflicts would be excluded; this exclusion and identity checks still need implementation and review.
Each published draw must state the promoter, funded cash prize, per-entry price, opening and receipt/settlement closing times, combined individual-entry cap and rules version. Queued draws are visible but not open for online orders until ACTIVE. Each accepted individual entry has an equal chance irrespective of route; requesting more individual entries gives more chances, never a guaranteed win. There is no minimum-sales condition and prizes must not be reduced because sales are low. Owner prize funding and payout procedures are unresolved.
Orders and payments A pending order does not itself confer an entry. The sandbox verifies the amount, currency and order through a signed provider event before issuing entries. Orders reserve the combined cap for up to 15 minutes or until the deadline, whichever is earlier. Reusing an order key returns the original order. Payments confirmed after expiry, after the accepted window or after pool freezing are recorded for refund reconciliation and create no entry. This conservative late-payment policy needs review before use with a real provider. Sandbox refunds are ledger attestations only; they do not transfer money.
Postal route See the prominent postal instructions and per-draw details. The draft permits multiple individual entries in one envelope, subject to the same combined cap. No purchase or online account is required. Receipt time, not postmark, controls. Operators must log all receipts, decide them with reasons and attest reconciliation before a draw can freeze. A real intake service, accessible alternative contact handling, delivery allowance and complaints process must be established before opening a draw.
Selection and claims After closure and reconciliation, a fixed pool is frozen and one token is selected using the versioned algorithm described in the rules. The result cannot be rerun through the application. Live winner verification, notification, payout deadline and bank transfer controls remain [OWNER AND PROFESSIONAL REVIEW REQUIRED]. The sandbox has a manager verification ledger, fictional payout references and a private local inbox, all without messages or money leaving this installation. No charge should be imposed merely to claim a prize. Publish no personal winner details without the reviewed notice, objection process and lawful basis.
Support, cancellation and rights Complaints: [CONTACT], proposed acknowledgement within 5 working days and substantive response within 20 working days; these are draft service targets and not currently staffed. Escalation/ADR: [REVIEW AND SUPPLY]. Any cancellation, inability to award, mistaken entry, fraud allegation or required correction must be documented, assessed fairly and communicated with an appropriate remedy; the software has no silent redraw or prize substitution. Refunds and cancellation rights need consumer-law review. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Governing law and courts: [REVIEW, INCLUDING SCOTTISH CONSUMER RIGHTS].
Real launch requires final professional review, operator and provider approval, funded prizes and verified technical/operational controls. This draft does not establish legal compliance.
