CLEAR INFORMATION, BEFORE YOU ENTER
Free postal entry.
No real-money launch, legal approval or live postal-entry service is claimed.
Same draw.
Another way in.
No entry fee or online account required. Ordinary First or Second Class postage is your cost. Accepted postal and online entries join the same pool with the same individual chance and shared entry cap.
The receiving address has not been published. The instructions below describe the proposed live route, not an invitation to post an entry now.
Free ordinary-post entry — practical draft, professional review required 3 October 2026. NOT OPEN FOR REAL ENTRY. Address unresolved; do not send post.
Proposed entry fee: none. You pay only normal First or Second Class postage. No purchase, premium delivery, online payment or online account is required. Both routes issue individual entries in one frozen pool with the same chance per entry and the same combined cap shown on each draw page.
What to send in the proposed reviewed live service Write your full name, date of birth, residential address and GB postcode, contact email or alternative contact method, the exact published draw reference and the number of individual entries requested. Do not send identity documents, cash, card information or bank details. Under these draft mechanics you may request multiple individual entries in one ordinary envelope, up to the same remaining cap as the online route. No separate-envelope or handwriting-only restriction is imposed by this draft.
Where to send it [OWNER LEGAL NAME] Free Postal Entry — [DRAW REFERENCE] [REAL RECEIVING ADDRESS] [TOWN AND POSTCODE] These placeholders are not usable addresses. The owner must establish an address, collection frequency and trained intake staff before any real draw opens.
Timing The relevant draw page states an opening timestamp and a closing timestamp in UTC. Entries must physically arrive at the intake address at or after opening and strictly before closing. Allow sufficient time for ordinary post; special delivery must not be required. Posting is not receipt. Publication, delivery allowance, delays and actual collection arrangements need legal and operational review to ensure the proposed route works in practice. The software does not close early because online entries sell out.
What staff do Record a unique receipt reference, the actual arrival time, recording time and intake operator; preserve the envelope/intake evidence securely under the retention schedule. Record incomplete and ineligible submissions too. Decide every receipt as validated or rejected with a reason, decision time and operator. Validation creates the requested number of individual entries in the same draw pool as paid entries. Entries received in time can be validated after closing, before the intake is sealed and the pool frozen. Staff must reconcile all timely received mail and sign an attestation before freezing. No timely mail should be silently omitted.
Rejections and corrections Examples needing a documented decision: outside the published window, missing contact/draw information, underage or excluded territory, inconsistent identity details, or exceeding the combined cap. Do not pay to cure a free submission. In a live service, staff must offer the reviewed notification, correction and complaint procedure: [CONTACT AND TIME ALLOWANCE TO BE SUPPLIED]. The sandbox stores raw intake and decisions but has local sandbox inbox messages for accepted entries, but no external email/letter delivery or automated rejection/correction notification. Accepted intake currently requires a syntactically valid email identity; accessible non-email postal contact is an implementation launch gate.
After intake sealing or pool freezing, an omitted receipt requires incident escalation and professional review. Operators cannot quietly alter the frozen pool or rerun a committed draw.
